  • How far in advance do i need to place my order?
    Ideally one month for special occasions and 4-6 months for weddings and large events, as we get booked up quite quickly.
  • How much is my deposit, and when is it due?"
    50% is due immediately. You have a 5 day grace period before your invoice is cancelled. The reinstatement fee is $15.
  • Do you have rush fees?
    Any order placed with less than 2 weeks notice will have an automatic rush fee included. The rush fee starts at $50 and can increase based on needs.
  • Do you deliver?
    All Wedding Cakes include free delivery & others start at $20-50+. Delivery is considered by time & availability.
  • When is the final payment due?
    Final payment is due at least 14 days prior to service date.
  • Do you have a minimum spending?
    Yes, our minimum is $125.00.
  • What are your approximate prices?
    2 tier semi naked /full buttercream cakes with fresh flowers start from $250. 2 tier fondant cakes start from $300. Our fondant wedding cake price guideline: 3 tier from $500 4 tier from $700 Jawdropper “WOW” cakes (5+ tiers) start from $1000+.
  • Do you provide consultations & cake tastings?
    We offer a cake tasting service for our brides to be for wedding cake orders.In person consulting is typically held for wedding cakes and large special occasions. We will review ideas and estimate the cost of your cake vision. Sessions will last 30-45 minutes. Then, you will be left with a sweet ending, the cake tasting. A small fee of $40 is collected prior to the session. Please bring with you, photos, design ideas, wedding colors, etc! The consultation includes 2 people, any additional guest are $10 per person, with a max of 4 people total. Unfortunately, children are not permitted, as we want to maximize your attention to the details of your order. We also offer a cake tasting service for our special occasion clients. A small fee of $30 is charged and a cake tasting box will be delivered to your doorstep. We consult via phone and email after this to complete your order.
  • When should i book my wedding cake?
    We usually consult our brides-to-be 4-6 months before.
  • I have so many wedding cake pictures, but i don't know what i would like exactly?"
    Not a problem! We can take your pictures as inspiration and can create a one of a kind cake to suit you via email sketch.
  • Can i have a different flavor for each tier?
    Yes absolutely!
  • Do you have Kitchen cakes?
    Yes, we do for larger events where there are 60 guests or more.
  • I want to give my guests a thank-you treat, do you provide those?"
    Yes we do! We can provide various packaging options including boxes and favor bags with customized tags and trims. Please see our Gallery and Dessert Packages for some design inspiration!
  • Do you set-up and design dessert tables & provide event styling services?
    Yes we certainly can, Please email for further information.
  • How do i place an order?
    To order please email us for a quotation but please be aware you will need to meet a **$125.00 MINIMUM** spend. Include details such as occasion date,number of guests to serve, coffee or dessert portion size, delivery location and any design ideas you have in mind. A non refundable deposit must be paid to secure an order and date. Note that no order is confirmed until the **DEPOSIT** is received.
  • Where are you located for pick-ups?
    We are based in the western suburbs of Philadelphia in West Chester,PA.
  • How do i store my desserts?
    Once you receive your fondant items, please store at room temperature and NOT in the fridge. The fridge will cause the icing to become tacky and ruin any sugar work. Air conditioning will be needed if its too hot or especially humid. All buttercream cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about 30 minutes prior to your event start.
